The Leon 800 on-demand espresso grinder ensures outstanding productivity and designed for high-turnover establishments. With 83mm flat burrs and a straightforward touch display, this compact design brings powerful espresso grinding into a variety of coffee environments.

The Leon 800 now includes an integrated PFA Portafilter Activation. Streamline your workflow in high-volume sales environments, specializing in single or double dose dispensing. Usage is very simple: turn on the grinder, select the dose you want to dispense automatically, and insert the portafilter! The PFA is active even when the screen is in standby mode. Additionally, if you need an extra shot, the manual mode can be activated even with the portafilter still inserted. 

The Steady Lock System, unique in the world, ensures a constant distance between the burrs under any working stress condition, allowing the set grind size to be maintained. This version of the Leon 800 also includes the standard portafilter fixture, compatible with bottomless/naked models. The ground coffee is dosed into the portafilter while leaving the barista’s hands free.
